Looking for "Cloud" from Elements 9 to NEW Install

I had Elements 9 on my work computer which I had to turn in to old employer. I had a "Cloud". I purchased Elements 11 today and installed it on my wifes computer and for the life of me, I can't find how to reconnect to my old CLOUD. Any advise???
