I'm looking for a way to "link" text in Photoshop. I have a large number of JPG images with text captions. (I need the images to remain JPG's for a customer image CD). The text captions are stored in an MS Excel spreadsheet. Currently I copy/paste the text into the graphic from the spread sheet, which works OK. Unfortunatley the text in the spread sheet changes regularly, so I have to go back into each graphic and update the text manaully. I'd like a means to automate or have the text "linked" back to the spread sheet such that edits made to the Excel doc are automatically updated. I've also used PageMaker, which does this exact thing, but will not export as a JPEG.
