For a number of tears I have used a Plug-in that installs as "Kedaffies Filters"
with a sub folder containg a filter "Bring Back The Reds" ..
This can be found on ABOBE Exchange:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail&extid=1044520
However just upgraded PC to W7 (32 bit) and to Photoshop CS5 extended
Bad news is this plug-in will no longer run - it trashes the app.
On Adobe site it advises that many plug-ins will no longer work due to 32/64 bit compatability changes in CS5
Anyone on this forum clever enough to look at the Plug-in and fix it ?
I have attached the file if anyone out there has the skills.
It did a superb job, and I have been unable to find the author (Eduard Winter) to ask him for advice.
