no, those dont really look like lightning at all
also there doesn tseem to be any relation of the text to the bolts

the lightnings good..."depends upon how experienced you are"...its pretty cool if your a beginner. u can try making the lightning edges a little rough to give it an electric effect...the text doesnt look very good though...you should consider a font color that blends well with the background... OK so the person doesn't have alot of experience. I didn't either when I first started. (I'm assuming you're new to ps.) If you reply and say you've got 10 years experience you should have your hands cut off.

I like your concept and courage to post. Try working the lighting into the words to bring it together.
