I have several animated gifs that I would like to edit (basically add another frame) to. Am I able to do this? I can't seem to find a place on the toolbar where it would allow me to bring in an image (gif) from outside the project. I've even tried to drag it in from the desktop but ImageReady won't allow it in...

You open in Image Ready, and take into Photoshop, and add your new frame as a layer..Then take back into Image Ready to animate..
That's the way I would do it..I'm sure there are other ways..
