I see grid after applying the anisotropic filter, any help ?

Hi there,

I use the anisotropic filter an then a sharpen more filter.
I gives me exactly the result I want except can see lines, or a grid if you like. (PS7 and CS3)
I guess it is due to the fact that Photoshop cuts the image is smaller images to process them and then glue them together.
Is there a way to tell PS to compute the image as a whole or to get rid of this effect ?
