My problem is this......I am making a map for the il2 flight simulator
It is made up from several different .tga files......most in greyscale
One is purely Black+white anddenotes which is land and which is water...
One has a full range of greys to denote different heights..
One has a more limited greyscale and denotes the textures laid down....
This is the one I need help with...... the sea area is all at the value of 28.... and the land area is various greyscale values
But to make the seashore active and give a 'surf' effect ... it needs to be at a value of 31
How can I select all the coast-line... (around the islands too) and then end up with only the one or two pixels surrounding the shore as selected.....so that I can change all of their values in one stroke (with a fill maybe) |
