i can open the program in cs2, and i can see all the wonderful things i can
do with a photo. however, how do i get the photo into photo tools? i've tried everything i can think of but i can't figure it out. help! thanks, boyd.

PS Version: CS3 & CS5
OS: Windows XP

I'm not familiar with Photo Tools and that image is to small to be useful to me so here's a guess.

Are you working on locked layer in PS?
