How to make water reflection effect like this image? I'm newbie.. Confused

hi,
in fact that image is from a tutorial!!!

now this tutorial is similar but it show the orginal, it add the water and wavs... besides the reflection

now there many other tutorials on reflections ... a good way to find what you want , like in this case,
