Hi DJPhoto
There are a few ways of doing this inside Photoshop, you could use variations or colour balance (both available from the adjustments submenu) or maybe tackle it with my preferred method - the levels command. Open up levels and switch to the blue channel, move the midtone slider towards the left to add blue to the midtones of the photograph (this may sound odd but when you add blue you automatically subtract it's complementary colour - which turns out to be yellow).
You can also try using the grey eyedropper tool found inside the levels dialogue box, simply select it and click something in the photograph you believe should be a neutral grey. Although the results aren't generally as powerful as manually modifying the settings on a channel-by-channel basis, it does wield some great automatic results!
Hope this helps
