Hi All,
I have no idea how to create a star or like a sparkling effect on a wine glass ect.. Can some-one please let me know how to go about this via photoshop. |

Hi there
Create a basic star using the custom shape tool and some layer effects. Maybe go to Google or Yahoo, type in sparkles and then try and blend it in. It might take a bit of time and experimentation to get it right though.
