I have a photo that I want to replicate. In the link to the photo below, I want to add a similar colored border around the image or the canvas. How can I make another photo to resemble this one?

New layer
CTRL+A (Select All)
Edit -> Stroke
Choose pixels and color (check "inside")

Tadaaaa

For: | | (as the image you placed has)
You have to do (example!)
5px Black
4px White
1px Black

Hope this is what you meant.
