History states in Photoshop can be a life saver, they can be set up through PS preferences and managed through the history palette.
So, my question is, how many history states do you work with?
At the moment I'm working with 30. _________________ Matt

On this laptop I have only 20 because I don't want to overload it.
On my super powerful, ubermachine I have 50 max. I try not to go more than 60 or so because otherwise it gets all confusing.
I wish history in photoshop worked like history in illustrator where you can go backwards and forwards as many times as you wish (rather than just go back once before having to look thru the history and search for the one you want to go back to). |

That sounds like a reasonable request!
I guess it also depends a lot on what work your doing? If there was an ideal number though, I'd say 50 is good! _________________ Matt
