My boss has asked me to clone the gray building in the lower right corner out. I'm not quite sure how to go about this. Could someone point me in the right direction?
It's really a crap picture, but we can't retake it...

You could do something like this by using the grassy area to the left, copy and paste it to the right and then clone stamp the remaining area.
The path is a pain to get realistic though.

If it was my boss, I would probably first try to explain how this was "technically impossible" and convince him that cropping it would definately be the best option. 
Then when all else fails, do what you have to do.

Thanks for the tips. I was able to mimic what neon did.
I told my boss I would take new photos (I'm a photographer) but she said we have to use these ones...

Thats a really good result.
The lack of shadow from that lamp post needs sorting out though.
You could add one on a new layer using the pencil tool at low opacity.
