I like how crisp the fonts are in black on the Guitar Hero text below. In my attempt using a stroke, the lines are rounded and not crisp in black. Is there a nifty way to do this?
Thanks.

Make a text layer, ctrl-click to make a selection of the text. Add a new layer below the text (ctrl+new layer icon). Expand the selection to the size you want (select-modify-expand) then fill with black. |

I appreciate all your ideas. However, none of the above methods work with this font. The glow wants to put a radius around the text just like the stroke command and the select-expand-modify technique also puts a radius around the text.
I'll keep trying and also watching to see if someone can post a solution. Thank you. |
