hi,
the minaret, that one is probably photoshopped or similar graphic editor....
to do it from scratch-- time conssuming... or better just use what shown and modifiy to suite..
couldn't find appropriate tutorial that would show all the step involved... there masking that takes place, a lot of layers, and gradients, outlines and paths and vectors involved..... you would be using a many tools and techniques....
on the arabic... that the simple part....
1. download a font. you may have a arabic font already installed on your system now you may need also to change some setting in your windows....
2. or use translation software, don't know of any freeware
3. or use a online translantor--- once you have the translation you can maybe do a screen captior or maybe try copy and paste it will depend how your system is setup.... if copy and paste works or not..
