Hi Lil-Baby-Tash, There are various ways you could do this. One would be to use the clone stamp tool.Select it from the toolbox.Copy your file in the layers panel by pressing ctrl and J. Go to the options bar at top of screen. At "Sample" choose "current and below". Alt click on part of your tummy; this is your source point. Then carefully move around painting with the tool until you have your tummy back! You might need to finish it off very gently with the Healing brush tool; just lower opacity and click carefully around until you have an invisible mend.
As for a new name, that's easy. Just choose a suitable brush and colour, and write it on (use a new layer for this.) Then you could experiment with blending modes and opacity to get the effect you want. By the way, ALWAYS use a copy for your modifications; never work on your original file.
Any problems just ask away. Cheers, vampirelover.
