First post here, hopefully I can be of help to some and get help from others.
So I know how to make an image into a very cartoony style, but I found a photoshop job that is baffling me and I'm hoping someone might be able to help me figure out exactly what filters were used.
So here is the original image:
And here is the end result:
I'm not concerned with the background, as that's easy, but rather how they got that style of cartooning to work.
I played around with blur and added a few different filters, but nothing seems to make quite what I have here. Any help is appreciated. |

Looks to me like it may be highpass filter, then they turned down the contrast....maybe. _________________ Melanie Ward

Meh, that kinda gets the look but not really lol
I guess I still have a lot of playing around to do. |
