Hello everyone!!!
The vehicle I'm having troubles reading its number plate is the Red Pick-up. unfortunately this video was taken from regular CCTV cams.
I need to get this number plate URGENTLY!!! we need to get in contact with the owner, I cant give to much details but is extremely urgent in order to bring this case to and end.
Please help me to prove that crime and extorsion never pays

I would love to help but it will be impossible to get any numbers from that plate as the resolution is far to low...
