Hey, new to this forum, so hello!
I have a friend and she produces some really nice high quality pics. I was wondering if anyone can (maybe) show a way on how she did this. I've been trying to figure it out and getting close, but it also might be her camera as well.

What do you mean high quality? The resolution? The lack of graininess? The color? Sharpness? Need a little more info.

It looks like she may of Up'd the contrast a tad as well as kicked up the Sateration a little. But the again judging by the shadows it looks like she took this around noonish so the colors may already have been that bright.

Get back with some specifics. Confused

Sorry about that.
I'm going for the sharpness of the picture. you can see the pores in the artist face and what not. I'm not trying to go that far into it, but the sharpness and color of the picture looks really nice and sharp. Maybe you can help me on the resolution, color and sharpness. Thanks!

as far as the color........if you go to "Image" on your main menu bar for CS2 then go to adjustments then click on "brightness/contrast". With that you should be able to make the colors very vibrant and the image a little more sharp or flat. If I ever have anyone give me their photos to alter, the first thing I do to them is click on "image" again and then go down to "image size" I always make sure the resolution is at 300. Force of habit. If you change it to 300ppi then the photo might get a lot bigger once you click "ok" but all you have to do is hold down your "control"key while tapping the " - " button next to zero at the top of your key board. That will size it down But you still have a lot more photograph to play around with.
As for sharpness.....I know there is a "sharpness" option somewhere in either the tool bar or in one of the main menu options...but I am not familiar with that tool...so I hope someone can help you out there.

I hope this helped out a bit.

Yeah that all made sense, thanks a lot Aimee. I have to mess around with the sharpness but everything did help out.
