I need help i am not very familier with photoshop I ruined a pic of my boyfriends and its the only one he has i despereatly need to get it fixed if possible....I don't know what to do any advice would be greatly appreciated.....The file is attached....If u can't help please tell me where to go and what I can do....I really need to fix this....
