Tried to color it in several ways: with hue/ saturation I can only replace the color of the arrows but not the background... also I used this way...the rectangule Marquee tool - > magic wand tool -> set foreground color -> paint bucket tool, like this colors the background but the shape of the arrows are not perfect....kinda messy
Would you be kind to let me know, I would really appreciate that.

Hey,
In Hue/Saturation, click the check box below callled "colorize" that allows you to change the color of the whole background to what you want, and then if you want the arrows to be blue, brush them back with layer masking.
