Okay guys, i need some help!
im working on a project where i blended two pics together seamlessly and i did some tweaking with the coloring, i have a little problem tho.
I LOST THE SKY! lol in the process of blending tweaking and so forth i lost the sky i need to put it back somehow and im not sure what to do !! lol
any help is greatly appreciated!! 
thats what im currently stuck on.  |

in your case, you are lucky cause you have pure white (mostly), so you can use the "color Range" go to "Select/Color Range, and click the white area and adjust the slider till you have all you need selected,
then drag that selection into the sky image, find an image if nned be, and then with the black arrow tool drag the selection of the sky back into the final comp.
So with the marque tool drag the empty selection into the sky image, then with the black arrow(move tool) drag the selected image back into the final comp
