Iam after a tutorial that can help me create the web 2.0 style sun effect as seen on this webpage http://www.ustvarjalko.si/ Have come accross it before but sadly have lost where I got it from. Have also seen a brush tool that can help me create the sun effect. So can anyone point me in the right direction. Cheers guys
