I am brand new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself. I have been designing websites for over 10 years now. Before that I did my fair share of programming. When I was only 7 years old I had written numerous games using BASIC on my Commodore 64. From there I got into the web stuf. This includes standard HTML, .php, and more recently Flash. By doing all of this one key element that I was missing was making my own HIGH quality photos and logos. I had gotten my copy of Photoshop 7.0 and started messing around.
Then my mother had some old photos that had rips and tears as well as major discoloation. She was going to pay to have them restored. I decided to give it a shot. They came out amazing! After that, I started trying more difficult projects as well as actually taking the photos. Which brings me to this point. I have learned a great deal about PS in the past 6 weeks, but I am sure this site is going to help!
As my way of saying thanks I will try to contribute any sort of help that I can to keep the ball rolling and the world of knowledge spinning!

Like I said, I have already learned a lot from these forums. I have read posts as far back as 2 years or so ago. I hope I can contribute as much as I learn! |
