I have a bunch of layers that have been rasterized already, but I can see that it still has fx on the side with the effects that I have used.

Is there a way to flatten it? When I say flatten, I mean that it's a processed picture. As long as the fx symbols disappears and gets applied to the layer then it's fine.

Help.

Under the layer menu you can flatten the image, which will merge all the layers into one. As long as you are absolutely certain you're done editing, go ahead.
If you're not, then save a copy with the layers in tact (PSD) first before you flatten the image, just in case you want to do more editing.
