Hey guys.. I photoshop this picture below and the arm/hand i suppose look kind of fake..which it is I was wondering if someone could help me make it look more realistic that he is holding the dog.. its all photoshop he wasnt holding it before the picture..
Thank you in advance it would help me out greatly because this is the best i can get it after hours of trying..

What I need it to look like :
I need the guy on the left in the gray shirt holding the dog, as seen on my version, just need it to look more believable, if i were to send it to someone they would never know it was photo shopped.
I will be delighted to pay for an amount worth the time of doing this for me  Unless someone will do for free that would be very nice of you.
I need it by 11:00 -11:30 PM today. ( Eastern Time )

Please make it believable as possible =] the person who i will be sending it to knows people who use Photoshop and probably would be able to figure it out if not done a good job,
( I have one posted in the Free section, but i didn't see a "move to this section button " So if a mod could delete that or something thank you )
