Fairly quick job - need a note put in a person's hand

I'm pretty green on Photoshop, and this particular task is way more than I feel capable of handling.

Basically, I would like it if someone could put a note into the picture below, into the guy's hand, and have "Daniel" written on the note. The more realistic the better of course, but if that's much too time consuming I'm fine with a little less realism too.
