Hi
Have been using Photoshop for a year or two
My latest CS2 was on a drive that just failed
Luckily I backed up to a external drive but.......... although it appears to be copied to my New drive it will not work and says some files are missing
It will work off my external drive but that needs reformatting due to Write Behind Cache problems.
something is failing to be copied across but I am at a loss on this.
I cannot find my latest serial No but still have the one for Photoshop 7.
Grateful for any suggestions as I need it on the new drive Before reformatting the external one
