In Corels Photo X2 you can customize the tools so that you can expand some of the tools you use most often, even if they are part of the same group. I how can you do that with version 12?
Also how can I customize the the menus across the top to show frequently used functions like undo, cut, past etc.

I am not sure if you can have a custom toolbar in photoshop. Either way, keyboard shortcuts will improve your workflow.

ctrl+c = copy
ctrl+x = cut
ctrl+v = paste
ctrl+z = undo

They work for almost every windows program, including windows itself.
