i have some b&w images scanned at 200dpi and i'm placing them in a 300 dpi document. this obviously makes the images smaller than the original size. how do i make the images the same size and not compromise the clarity?

should i open the 200 dpi scans and adjust the image size of that document to 300 dpi? or, should i transform the images to a larger size? the images cannot be scanned at a higher rez as the writing from the back of the paper shows through.

thanks for the help!
