I'm not exactly sure if I'm about to describe this correctly, but here it goes.

I'm trying to create a machine wash/worn texture for a design of mine. I crumpled a piece of paper and then scanned it. I would like to add that crumpled piece of paper texture to my grahic in PhotoShop CS2 but how? I have my graphic open and the crumpled paper scan open in PS. How do I texturize my graphic with that crumpled texture? This graphic contains a flag with text above and below it, meaning that there are open spaces that don't require the texture.

I'm basically trying to create the machine wash look to my design that Mister Retro does.

My grahic was created in Illustrator CS3 and I want to apply the crumple/worn effect to it in either Illustrator (if possible) or PhotoShop CS2. Can I accomplish this by what I've described? Thank you.
