I'm running Photoshop CS3 on a Vista basic machine, with an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU.

I noticed that it didn't seem to be utilizing both cores, and while searching for an answer, read that CS3 isn't rated for Vista basic use.

Does this create a problem for multiprocessor support? I haven't been able to find any answers.
