Hello
How do you create a navigation menu with Photoshop using images for the buttons?
What images are needed to make the button look like it is being pushed in when you click on it?
How to create the indentations between menu items?
example menus: http://davidswebsite.com/

I can create ones with css only that have rollover effects as seen at Stu Nichols place: http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/
Example of button being pushed in using css
http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/artists.html

I would like to do so with images

David
