Recently, when I open a saved picture in photoshop its contrast appears much lighter in photoshop then it does if I open the file in any other program (such as picture and fax viewer) it appears (in photoshop) like it has a warming filter on it. The problem exists for all types of files opened in photoshop, even PSD files. THe problem also exits when I create a new document in photoshop. If I create a new document and open the save for web window the constant is much different between the canvas and the save window. Even colours on the pallet have this problem. I have attached a file demonstrating this problem. I have tried re-installing photoshop but it didnt work... i formatted my pc and re-installed photoshop --> problem went away...then came back after a month
