I am working with text and silhouettes on a business card so right now everything is in black and white. I have tried paint bucket, paint brush and eyedropper tools.
When I try them on the silhouette object, it doesn't change the solid black of it, it just makes this dotted line halo around it.
What are the steps to change the solid black silhouettee to a solid color I have chosen?
Second question: I also want to do the shadow/3 D effect on the black letter with this color and also change some text to this color. I use the text tool and have been able to change the color box and the style box to what I want, but I can't seem to apply it to the text already written. Do I need to rewrite the text or highlight the text already there and then somehow ask it to apply those changes to the text?
