I'd like to see it a bit larger(maybe 500px). Maybe more windows on the bottom floor, better background, definitely better colors and paint design.
Here's my ps job, it sucks I know, but that makes me easy to beat...
I'm serious about the $50, I can paypal it to you by the end of the day, or until I get something cool enough.
