Does anyone know how I can change the water drops to a gold color? Or, at least some of them or add gold specks to it? Thanks!

you can try to extract the people or mask them, work on them separately then try doing a color range selection on the water drops in the background. then clip a colored layer to the background of whatever color you choose, might be tough though honestly

mask each and every raindrop LOL

what oceanbeast says is probably the easiest way.
