very good use of flash. One negative is, the splash page and the picture galleries don't introduce the site or the purpose or even a connection. If showing off your skills was the point, then you proved it. That is said with tremendous sincerity.

wow, excellent feedback!!
about the splash page, you are dead RIGHT!!
i have to say that it was very much one of the last components to be
made in this project. And it was rushed rushed and rushed...
my question to you, with regards to the gallery section, any suggestions
as to how it should look like?

what's your main goal?
If your goal is to create a successful website about cats; I would create a quick flash intro explaining what the site is about,but at the same time you want a bunch of effects to keep them at your site long enough to find out what your ALL about(cats). You might also want to consider more content..Don't get me wrong your flash galleries are beautiful enough to keep people there for days. True cat lovers want ALL the info.....

Main goal: personal album 'bout my cats..
i didn't want to post them on flikr or any other place,
so i decided to post them on my site for people to see...
but no, it's not intended to be a website, or an informative
page about cats...

ok.now I understand. The overall look is beautiful; a little on the dull side. A little confusing as well. The only thing I would suggest is a better background color. Everything is very well done!!  |
