|
|
I have a graphic that I'm working with in Photoshop that contains only 4 colors. (The original graphic is a vector file.) I'm trying to select the red color and change it to color HEX # E12F20 or R225 G47 B32, but I'm not having any luck! I tried using the magic wand, copying and pasting all the red parts, going to color overlay, and changing the color to that Hex#, but when I select that color and exit color overlay, the color is not the exact same color. I use the eyedropper tool to check the RGB and it's slightly off. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do to get the exact color?
Many thanks in advance!

Try Image > Adjustments > Replace Colour.
Good luck |

The mode "is" set to RGB Color?
Just guessing but you're probably using sRGB.
Try switching to Adobe RGB (1998) with Shft+Ctrl+K and see if that helps.
