Can anyone here tell me if this video has been photoshopped? It's of a horse & the original still photo of him looks like this below. When watching the video his underside of his neck behind his jaw seems to blow up bigger in some of the frames like parts of it is missing & reappears. Thanks for your help.

Hey Runnslide,
Yes a movie can be Photoshopped. The individual frames can be imported and worked on.
On first appearance I'd say that the footage we're watching looks like the untouched original. The movement around the neck area is probably just it's skin (or whatever horses have lol) made worse by compression artifacts.
That's my take anyway.
