For my project I need a brush (mist): http://s3.zetaboards.com/AGraphix/topic/687527/1/ (step 13)!
Which brush do you suggest and how do I´ve to use it?

In the tutorial he uses This Brush.

Download and install to Adobe>Photoshop>Presets>Brushes

As for usage look at the image, he uses it to make a spume of water as it meets, get something close and it should be fine.

Many thanks! Also I want the clouds to move(?). How do I do that?
