I have the sinking feeling this is going to get an answer that makes me slam my head into my desk and say "Duuuuur!"

Recently I got an order to make borders for these shapes. Basically he wants a picture of the border of the shape on a transparent bg, right? I figured I'd be smart and use Stroke, then convert it to Indexed (thereby merging effects), delete the original shape and voila, I have a border, no shape, and transparent bg, just like he asked.

Only issue is the border looks vaguely pixelated and he is screaming that he wants anti-aliasing. I have tried several different things now, and for the life of me I can't get it to stay anti-aliased.

Anybody got any hints? I need to make about 75 of these borders for these shapes by Saturday evening, and then move on to the oh, thirty thousand other images he ordered (I'm not kidding about the amount).

I beg for your assistance.
