Hi all
I have Photoshop Elements 8 -
I have been struggling to figure out how to have a BW photo edited so some parts are colour and rest BW?
I have tried to do it with duplicating layer and trying to erase the BW area to reveal the colour part underneath.
It doesn't work and the help function not much help either.
Any help welcome.
