I need a tutorial or a plug-in to make photos look like the one below
The picture was taken on a film camera with black and white film. I didn't take it so im not sure if there are any other factors besides the type of film

If you just want a black and white image then it is very simple.
Open your image in Photoshop. Select Image > Mode > Grayscale. If asked to discard colour info, click OK.
You should now have a black and white image. |

Here are some other methods of doing it:
- Make a gradient map with black and white.
- In CS3 you can now just do image > adjustments > black and white and change up settings there.
I would do it these 2 ways because you have more control over the contrast and colors and whatnot and can change them to your liking. They give a much nicer result than simply desaturating the image as well.
