Hi all,

I edit lots of product images and I was wondering if I can automate the process a little bit.

I have lots of pictures which I photograph on a white background. Unfortunately the pictures doesn't have the best lightning and am not a professional so many times the background is light grey instead of white. Then I have to change the levels or edit the pictures manually to create a nice white background. Please check this image with extreme examples:

Some of the images are ok, but some are not! Is there a way to speed up the proces and automaticly change the levels so images with light grey and darker grey are leveled up and have nice white backgrounds?

I know I should invest in better lightning, but I don't have budget right now Frown

Please help me! Thanks so much!

Kind regards,
Mark

Use the set white point eye dropper in the levels or curves adjustment levels.
Click on the grey and it will set that colour as pure white.
Record an action if your keen.
