I would really appreciate the community's help in explaining how to copy the existing red background and filling it into the white space. The final product should look seamless. FYI, the author of this .png opened this up to community.

Clone tool. I didn't take my time. But it's pretty easy. Just zoom way in and try to find the right colors.
