to make young to old u need to practise so hard on bruses. wel i did few years ago . and seems like u did ok but this pic already got wrinkle. but we have to make a fake wrinkle in face so as to make old. but best way to look old is wrinkle so make it by urself. yes u can find "how to" make wrinkle on face on hitting on google too.

machielsj, I'd suggest giving HDR a shot. You can read about it here: http://www.tkrphoto.com/2009/04/hdr-photography-faq/

scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can see what HDR does to people... exaggerates wrinkles, adds several decades to you.

So take some HDR shots (stay still!!) and then do all the bits you've done and you'll be almost there.

Also look into altering your Blue channel. That channel holds most for the skin tone so playing with that will also help you "age"

Good luck!
