Hello to y'all
I was creating some sigs when i ran into a problem that i just couldn't figure out on my own (im pretty new to PS and all that), so i thought i'd ask if anyone knew what i should do over here.
Im trying to make an animation effect (the matrix strings) that's just inside certain areas of the sig, but everyime i try to make it work the whole area moves instead of you the effects inside said area.

I hope i explained it so that you can understand the problem.
This kind of thing maybe is impossible to do, but i thought i'd check with some people that's better at PS than i am before i give up the idea.
