HOW DO I ALIGN TEXT THE BOXES ARE ALL FADED IN I JUST WANT TO PUT THE TEXT IN THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL CENTERS OMG THIS HAS TAKEN ME WEEKS TO NOT FIGURE OUT PLEAS HELP (oops caps lock heheheh)

Sounds like you need to create a selection of the area you want to align the text in, then with the Move Tool active, use the aligning buttons in the options bar. The best way to create a selection for this purpose would be to use the marquee tool, or go to the select menu and choose 'all'.
